By using Manifest you accept these terms. They’re written in plain language on purpose.
What the service is
Manifest lets you create images and videos of your products with AI. The service is under development and may change or have glitches.
Your account
You’re responsible for what happens in your account. You must be of legal age or have permission from a responsible adult.
What you can upload
Only photos you have rights to. Don’t upload third-party material without permission, or anything illegal, violent, sexual, or impersonating a person or brand.
Who owns the results
The images and videos you generate are yours and you can use them commercially. Keep in mind AI can get things wrong: always check the result before publishing it.
Credits and payments
Credits come with a monthly plan or in packs, paid through Mercado Pago. Each photo uses 1 credit in 1K, 2 in 2K and 3 in 4K. Adding a product uses 1 credit, only once, and a video uses 16. If a photo fails, nothing is charged. The monthly plan renews automatically every month until you cancel it from My account. Plan credits renew every month and don’t roll over: what you didn’t use doesn’t carry into the next month. Packs never expire. Plan credits are used first. If you cancel, plan credits stay valid until the end of the paid period and never less than 30 days.
Withdrawal and cancellation
You have 10 calendar days from your purchase to withdraw it, using the Withdrawal button at the bottom of the page. To cancel your plan, use the Service cancellation button or cancel it from My account. The buttons don’t require signing in, and we reply within 24 hours with a request code.
Limits
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, try to break it, or breach these terms.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We’re not liable for how you use the images or for service interruptions.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll say so on this page.
